The Israeli Therapeutic Community is designed for those addicts who have failed previous recovery programs because all too familiar people, places and things have undermined their best efforts to achieve lasting sobriety.  Psychiatric and medical consultants to the Therapeutic Community give special attention to identifying and treating accompanying psychiatric and medical disorders (“dual diagnoses”) that might also have been preventing the addict from maintaining sobriety.
